Refund policy

Returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email hello@anatoliaeditions.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions.

- Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- We refund the full price of the item within 14 days of receiving it back (or of you providing proof of return).
- Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or faulty items
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any return costs.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
