Delivery
- Where we deliver: United Kingdom only, for now.
- Cost: free tracked delivery on every order.
- No extra charges: prices include UK VAT. You will not be asked to pay customs fees or import VAT on delivery.
- How long: each piece is dispatched from our partner workshop in Türkiye. Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days; you will receive a tracking link when your order ships.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email hello@anatoliaeditions.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions.
- Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- We refund the full price of the item within 14 days of receiving it back (or of you providing proof of return).
- Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
Everything is packed carefully, but if a piece arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any return costs.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
